Note :- The said posts were advertised by the Commission in the year 2021. Thereafter no advertisement was issued for the said posts. Therefore, candidates who are older on 01.01.2026 will be given an additional relaxation of three years in the maximum age limit as per the provisions prescribed in the rules.

Educational qualification
Essential Educational Qualifications :-
- Must hold a Degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature or declared to be deemed as University Under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or prosses an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government in consultation with the Commission.
- Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.
Provisions regarding educational qualification : A person who has appeared or is appearing in the final year examination of the required educational qualification for the above posts shall also be eligible to apply, but he/she will have to provide proof of acquiring the educational qualification before the interview conducted by the Commission.
Note :- The expression ‘before interview’ means the date of commencement of interview process (first day of interview).

Note :-
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS from other states other than Rajasthan will be considered as General Category candidates. Hence, such applicants will have to pay the registration fee prescribed for General Category candidates.
- Candidates who have already done one time registration should also log in through SSO ID and go to the option of one time registration and deposit the one time registration fee as prescribed above.
For the candidates who do not appear in the examinations after depositing the one-time registration fee, a circular dated 09.05.2025 has been issued by the Department of Personnel (A-2), which is as follows:-
- If a candidate does not appear in 02 recruitment examinations conducted by the Commission/Board and other recruitment institutions in a financial year (from 01 April to 31 March), then in such a situation the facility of online application of the candidate will be blocked.
- The one-time registration fee (O.T.R.) will be unblocked only after the candidate pays the fee of Rs. 750/-.
- Once the O.T.R. is unblocked, if the candidate remains absent in 02 more examinations in the same financial year, then his facility of online application will be blocked again.
- The O.T.R. facility will be restarted only after the candidate pays the amount of Rs. 1500/- for the re-blocked O.T.R.
Note :- If any applicant is not willing to appear in the examination due to any reason, he/she will not be considered absent in the context of O.T.R. ban in this examination if he/she withdraws the application form, if the candidate withdraws the application form before the exam date.
