1. Written Exam (OMR Based Test)
The question paper of the written exam will be of 150 marks, which will have 150 objective type questions and the time duration will be 2 hours.
01 mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
25% of the marks allotted for the question will be deducted for the wrong answer.

Note :-
To pass the written exam question paper, it is mandatory for the candidates of general, economically weaker section, backward class and most backward class to get 40% marks in total, and for the candidates of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe category to get 36% marks in total.
In the written exam, five times the number of vacancies post wise/category wise/female/male will be declared passed.
The marks obtained in the written exam will be included for the final selection.
2. Physical Efficiency/Standard Test (PET/PST)
(A) Physical Efficiency Test (PET) :-
Candidates who are successful in the written test (OMR Based Test) for five times the number of vacancies for each post/category/male/female will be included in the physical efficiency test.
Before appearing in the physical efficiency test, the candidate will have to compulsorily submit a certificate from a government doctor stating that he is physically fit to participate in the physical efficiency test (race) at the concerned center. Only after that, the candidate will be included in the physical efficiency test.
Standards set for physical efficiency test :-
To qualify in the physical efficiency test, all the candidates are required to complete the 5 km race within the time limit as given below-

Note :-
Only one opportunity will be provided for running in the Physical Efficiency Test.
No opportunity to appeal will be given for the Physical Efficiency Test.
Candidates who do not complete the race within the stipulated time period will be considered as failed in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and will not be included in the further process of recruitment.
(B) Physical Standard Test (PST) :-
Candidates who are successful in the Physical Efficiency Test will be included in the Physical Measurement Test (PST).
3. Proficiency Test
For the candidates of Constable Driver/Band posts, an efficiency test will be conducted for the applicants who have passed the physical efficiency test and measurement test, which will be of 30 marks.
To pass the efficiency test, it will be mandatory for the candidates of General Category, Economically Weaker Section, Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class to get 40 percent marks, and for the candidates of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category, it will be mandatory to get 36 percent marks.
Applicants for the post of Constable Driver must have both permanent valid driving licenses (LMV/HMV) made one year before 01/01/2026, otherwise they will not be included in the efficiency test.
The marks obtained in the efficiency test will be included for the final selection.
Candidates who do not earn the prescribed marks in the efficiency test will be considered ineligible and will be included in the advance selection process of recruitment.

Any two of the above three indicated by the candidate will be used for calculation of marks of special qualification.
Candidates will have to produce original certificates of special qualification and self attested copies before the Selection Board at the time of Physical Efficiency/Standard Test (PET/PST).
